Description
Philodendron bipennifolium is commonly known as Fiddleleaf Philodendron or Horsehead Philodendron. It is considered to be hemi-epiphytic in that its stem and aerial roots help it attach to a totem. Hailing from South America, it is native to an environment where it can attach itself to tropical tree trunks. It requires bright, indirect light – just like it would receive under the canopy of the rainforest’s tall trees!
