Can I purchase cuttings?
Send us an email if there are specific plants you’re looking for. We can certainly sell you cuttings on a custom invoice!
How long does shipping take?
We ship all plant orders on Mondays and Tuesdays, to ensure they do not get stuck at a post office over the weekend. Plants will ship with USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days depending on the destination. For customers local to our area in Pennsylvania, you can select the free pickup option at checkout if you want to save on shipping costs.
Can I purchase overnight shipping?
Overnight shipping is not a standard option on our website, however if you absolutely need this service, please email or call us before ordering and we will make arrangements with you. We will send you a separate invoice to cover the cost of shipping.
Where is Immortal Roots Located?
We are located near Hellertown, PA. Our greenhouses are not currently open to the public, however we do local pickup for online orders.
Does Immortal Roots offer Military discount?
Absolutely! We are a combat veteran owned company, and we are happy to extend a military discount to law enforcement as well. We just need a copy of your military or VA ID card which can be sent to [email protected]. Thank you for your service!
